After 16 years in the fashion industry, Abbie took a leap of faith and turned her career towards her true passion; yoga which she has been practising since the age of 15. Her love for yoga goes far deeper than the physical practise. Having overcome her own health issues, Abbie is passionate about helping others create a sense of calm and balance through the use of yoga and all it encompasses. Completing her first teacher training in Sydney Australia; 200 hours vinyasa flow with Nicole Walsh. Abbie then went on to complete teacher training in yin yoga with Melanie McLaughlin, meditation with Lorin Roche & Camille Maurine, and therapeutic yoga with Ambika Yoga.
Whether you attend a flow, or yin class with Abbie, each will be sprinkled with pranayama (breath work) and sealed with a guided meditation to help you leave in a blissfully calm state.
