As the nights begin to draw in, autumn offers a wonderful opportunity to turn inwards and gain perspective, insight, and clarity. Focusing on the Lung/ Large Intestine Meridians (energy pathways) find your inner confidence and have the ability to face anything life throws at you.

Yin Yoga is a slow and deep practice, creating calm in meeting the intensity of a stretch, cultivating a healing and nourishing effect on the body; tuning in to the parasympathetic nervous system

The workshop will close with a Yoga Nidra guided relaxation.
