Seasonal Balancing Yin Workshop at the Studio & Online- 26th September
As the nights begin to draw in, this time of year offers a wonderful opportunity to turn inwards and gain perspective, insight, and clarity. Be guided through a 2-hour practice incorporating acupressure, element from Qigong and a nourishing yin yoga sequence focusing on the Lung/ Large Intestine Meridians (energy pathways).
This carefully considered workshop is designed to help you find your inner confidence and the ability to face anything life throws at you.
Yin Yoga is a slow and deep practice, creating calm in meeting the intensity of a stretch, cultivating a healing and nourishing effect on the body by tuning in to the parasympathetic nervous system.
The workshop will close with a healing guided relaxation.
If you would like to do this workshop at the Studio we have 5 spaces available. This allows for the social distancing measures we have put in place. For those who wish to continue to practice in the comfort of their own home, there are plenty of online spaces available.
If you are attending the Studio please bring all your own mat and equipment.
