In this workshop you will have the time and space to reflect, connect, and recharge your batteries so that you can move on to the new year with renewed energy and confidence.
During this workshop, we will focus on letting go of all the stresses of the festive season and energise physically and mentally. You will be guided through a wholesome class including poses which will help gently detoxify, stretch and strengthen the whole body. This is followed by restorative yin postures which will further relax the body and calm the mind. We finish with a guided yoga nidra meditation to support the process of saying goodbye to the past year and welcoming the year ahead.
