What is laughter Yoga?

Laughter Yoga is unique for everyone, there is no comedy, humour or jokes needed.

We will simulate fake laughter, which soon then becomes real. All you need is the willingness to participate!

It’s called laughter Yoga because it is a combination of playful exercises and Yogic breathing.

There are many reasons for laughter Yoga, to name one- A normal laugh only lasts 3-5 seconds. We want to extend it to around 10-15minutes to get the benefits of laughing.

Again, there are SO many benefits to name a few: it strengthens your immune system, lowers stress levels and makes you feel REALLY good.

Instead of waiting for that opportunity to laugh, come and create the opportunity! Bring a friend, connect through laughter – there’s no better way of connection. Can’t wait to hear you laugh soon!
