I think I really found yoga properly in the mid 2000’s. I’d been dipping in and out of yoga since my pregnancy in 1995 but I really connected to the practice at a time in my life when I felt I had no control over anything. Yoga absolutely helped me to just reconnect, align and breathe again.
And this is exactly what I love to bring to my classes.
I teach general Hatha classes suitable for everyone. So whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced yogi/yogini please come along and enjoy the process. We will connect our breath to our movement and focus on alignment within the postures using props where needed.
And don’t worry I always leave plenty of time for (as my tutor said about my savasana) a ‘chocolate cake with cherry on top’ type of wind down!
