Join Abbie for a restoring and revitalising winter yin yoga workshop.
This workshop will run in rhythm with nature and will include teachings from Traditional Chinese Medicine to nourish body, mind & spirit.
Abbie has a unique style of teaching which interweaves practices from qi gong and acupressure into a carefully designed yin yoga sequence. Each workshop is closed with a guided meditation to leave you feeling in balance and blissfully calm.
