Progress your Practice: Increasing Flexibility with Irene

If (like me) you are not a naturally flexible person, you might be intimidated by asanas which require flexibility in your hamstrings, hips or shoulders. Fear not, there is hope: By learning about different types of stretching, by staying patient and by practising diligently you will see results.
In this workshop you will learn about the different types of stretching and how to use them to improve flexibility. We will also practice some poses in more detail and explore ways of building up to these. To support your endeavours, you will also learn how to release tensions in the connective tissue through fascia stretching.
