Walking With Men: Health and Wellbeing Workshop – 4th April
Creating a space for men to come together and explore different approaches to health and wellbeing, providing a positive change in their life.
The workshop will consist of various different talks, discussions, demonstrations and experiential practices, covering topics such as:
Basic anatomy and care for the body
Nutrition & Diet
Introduction to Tai Chi
Anxiety and stress
Participants will gain hands-on experience and the basic concepts that underpin the theories behind these subjects.
Attendance at this workshop will enable you to incorporate these tools into your daily life.
Gary Aldridge is an experienced counsellor, group facilitator, trained NLP practitioner, with a background of working in the field of addiction for the last 8 years, with a passion for supporting men through talking therapies.
Adrian Dennis is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner with 3 years’ experience in working with groups and individuals. Adrian is a firm believer that we have the ability and right to reach our full potential, and works in a positive way to assist clients in being the best they can be.
Brian Aggett is a fully qualified Fitness Coach. As a former athlete with 20 years experience in fitness coaching, Brian understands the importance of getting fit and staying fit fast.
Christian Birch teaches Sun style Tai Chi Chuan. He has been practising and teaching for 35 years. The biggest benefit from the practise is stillness, energy and connecting from the heart.
