Learn how to deal with everyday stress and develop your own tool kit when things feel too much.
In this workshop we will be discovering coping mechanisms for everyday stress. You will be guided through a meditation and gentle somatic movement practice to notice and release stress that is being held in the body, followed by a journaling practice and a discussion on what practices we can incorporate into our life that we can come back to time and time again when stress builds up.
