My journey to yoga started nearly 20 years ago. I was bendy and assumed I was a natural yogini. I was so very wrong. Yoga is about more than just touching your toes. I left my first yoga class and didn’t return for 10 years.

After corporate burnout I signed up for a wellness retreat in the hope I’d figure out how to do it all and feel good doing it. That is when I connected with yoga. It was calling me. I took a chance and retrained as a yoga teacher - the BEST decision I ever made.

My passion is female health and I have specialised in Pregnancy yoga and also Postnatal, & Menopause Yoga under the guidance of Sally Parkes, as well as Flow Yoga for the female body with the LYT Yoga Method.

I thrive on creating a safe & supportive environment for you, whether you’re pregnant, postnatal, a corporate climber, or a complete beginner stepping onto the mat for the first time. 

I'm here to help you care for your forever body through good movement and consideration for your mind.
