Pregnancy Yoga In Hertford
Congratulations, this is a very special time of your life and Yoga is a wonderful way to connect with the growing new life inside you. Yoga when pregnant can help your body and mind to be comfortable with the changes you are going through and teach you a new way of connecting to your deeper self. At these yoga classes you will be offered ways to move that are safe for your and your growing bump. Conscious movement through the postures of yoga will reduce tightness and uncomfortable sensations in your body. As a bodywork, yoga is a great way to maintain or even build strength to support your changing body and feel prepared for the changes ahead in your postnatal phase. If you are starting yoga for the first time, please let the teacher know and also check with your doctor that this is OK. Suitable to attend from 12 weeks onwards.

Yoga is all about a conscious connection with ourselves, these classes are held in a supportive environment with other women who are going through a similar experience to you. By learning yoga now you will develop a deep bond that is as old as life itself.
Getting Stronger, Getting Fitter
As you move in new ways and your body to gets stronger, research show cognitive function improves too. Combined with breath work to help you develop diaphragmatic breathing these classes are a great preparation for the special day.
