Hot Yoga Classes
Hot classes are taught in a heated room with a temperature of around 37 degrees celsius. When the body is warm, the muscles and joints are more flexible which can support the yoga practice.
Hot classes are not suitable during pregnancy.

We can offer a concession rate for most of our classes if you are in receipt of benefits, retired, or a student - please contact us for details: info@thesecretspace.org.uk.
We also offer a series of Community Classes - daytime classes priced from £5. These are priced on a sliding scale so you can pay what you can afford. If you are in serious financial difficulty and can't afford to pay for your sessions please get in touch: info@thesecretspace.org.uk
