Power Yoga

A dynamic practice yoga class that combines breath and movement into a sequence of poses designed to strengthen, squeeze and stretch your body. These classes provide challenge for regular yogis whilst also catering for those less experienced on the mat. The result is a yoga practise that rinses and detoxifies the mind and body, while building strength and flexibility on and off the mat. Ideal if you are an experienced in yoga or are confident of your physical fitness.

There are many ways to still the racing mind, one way is to engage ourselves so fully that out entire attention is focussed on the task at hand. Power yoga classes will challenge you into becoming present, ideal for anyone wanting to develop strength.

Find Your Flow

Much like the Vinyasa style, power yoga can be faster and more dynamic. These popular classes are fun because the aim is to get into the flow of the moment, feeling ones way into a calmness amidst the physical challenge. If you find it hard to focus in a regular class, a power yoga class might be for you.
