Beginners Yoga classes

Classes that are suitable for those people who are either completely new to yoga or have had a little experience but still feel they want a class where extra time and care is given to the basics of safe movement. Yoga for beginners means that the teacher will offer asanas (yoga poses) that are good for new starters, the idea is for you to build body confidence knowing that you are doing the right type of variation for your body.

All of our teachers know that being ‘good at yoga’ has nothing to do with flexibility. Increasingly research is supporting the health benefits of yoga proven over centuries. Becoming healthier will help you get stronger, more supple and reduce the likelihood of injuries.

Yoga is the ability to still the racing mind and to harness its power in a more creative way. As your practice deepens, you may find your posture improves, a reduction in inflammation, less back ache, improved sleep, improved mood… the list goes on.
