Purchases:
Payments
CLASS PASSES
10 Class Passes are valid for 4 months from the date of purchase for the named individual and cannot be frozen, refunded, exchanged or passed to another client.
5 Class Passes are valid for 2 months from the date of purchase for the named individual and cannot be frozen, refunded, exchanged or passed to another client.
If you wish to extend your bundle you can purchase an additional month for the price of £5.
*Please note that Bundles do not include any classes marked as ‘donations’
WORKSHOPS/COURSES
Workshop or course payments cannot be refunded part-way through or transferred to pay for a different class, course or therapy.
Cancellations by us
The Secret Space reserves the right to cancel classes, although we will give advance notification where possible. If we have to cancel a class, you will receive a refund to your account of a class credit. If you have paid for a single session you can request a cash or card refund.
All payments are received by The Secret Space on behalf of the teacher or therapist.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Please ensure that you give as much notice as possible when cancelling a class or therapy. We are a small studio and every space counts.
CLASSES
Cancellations for studio classes received less than 8 hours before the start time of a class will not be refunded or credited back to your account. For online classes you only need to give us 4 hours notice.
THERAPIES
Cancellations received less than 24 hours before a therapy will not be refunded.
WORKSHOPS & COURSES
Cancellations for workshops will only be refunded if we have at least 72 hours’ notice from you. You can transfer your booking to a friend, but please let us know if you plan to do that. After the 72 hour window starts we will only be able to issue a refund if we can fill your place from the waiting list.
Cancellations for courses will only be refunded if we have at least a week’s notice from you (7 days). You can transfer your booking to a friend, but please let us know if you plan to do that. After the 1 week window starts we will only be able to issue a refund if we can fill your place from the waiting list.
If you miss one session of a course - no refund is payable, as we cannot fill a course place half way through, unless it's a course that allows drop-in sessions, in which case we require 48 hours’ notice as with workshops
RETREATS
Cancellations for retreats can only be refunded if the studio is able to fill your place. The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations that give less than 4 weeks notice will not be refunded.
ROOM RENTAL
Cancellations for room rentals that give less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded.
Memberships
FRIENDSHIPS
This payment will be debited from a debit or credit card each month on auto-pay. It will be debited every three months.
At the end of the 12 month period, the contract will automatically start again unless cancelled.
Any payments made are non-refundable.
This payment cannot be used for classes, workshops, therapies or any other products or services from The Secret Space.
The Secret Space Friendship has the following benefits:
– Invitation and discounts on holistic and yoga themed events
– Two half price guest passes for friends, work colleagues or family who are new to The Secret Space to attend yoga classes (physically send out).
– 10% off first therapy treatment for friends, work colleagues or family that you refer.
– 10% off a therapy treatment each quarter.
– Access to yoga mats with no extra charge
– 10% off selected products sold at Secret Space Shop (Jewellery not included).
– 6 monthly newsletter on the progress of charity projects
– Opportunity to meet new people out of the classes and treatment rooms
The money we receive from Secret Space Friendship will only be used for charitable projects. You will receive a periodic newsletter describing the good works that you helped to fund.
SECRET SPACE CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP
This payment will be debited from a debit or credit card each month on auto-pay. It will be debited every three months.
At the end of the 12 month period, the contract will automatically start again unless cancelled.
Any payments made are non-refundable.
This payment cannot be used for classes, workshops, therapies or any other products or services from The Secret Space.
This sponsorship will give your staff:
– Invitations too and discounts on holistic and yoga themed events.
– 6 monthly newsletter on the progress of charity projects.
The money we receive from Secret Space Corporate Sponsorship will only be used for charitable projects. You will receive a periodic newsletter describing the good works that you helped to fund.
Code of Conduct
Here at the Secret Space we aim to provide a safe space where people can practice yoga and visit our therapists without disturbance or threat. We will not tolerate or accept aggressive or abusive behaviour towards any of our clients or staff. Anyone deemed to be behaving aggressively, abusively or inappropriately towards anyone else on the premises will be asked to leave. In some circumstances, this may also lead to a ban.
Privacy Policy
The Secret Space is committed to maintaining your privacy. Your personally identifiable information is kept secure and is only used to allow us to improve the services and products that we can provide for you. Only authorised employees have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from our sites allow you to opt out of further mailings.

Other Policies
We have a series of governing policies to ensure we are looking after everyone that comes to the Secret Space, whether you attend as a client/student, a teacher , faciliator, therapist, visitor, or office staff.
