Ros - Administration Assistant
Ros joined the Secret Space as a volunteer in 2013 following a referral from Hertfordshire County Council work solutions team.
After 3 years working here voluntarily as a receptionist / administrator, The Secret Space was able to offer her a permanent paid role in 2016.
She suffers with Osteo Arthritis which affects her daily life and mobility. She takes advantage of the discounted classes we offer to staff and volunteers to help with her mobility.
Ros says:

This job has given me the confidence to progress in my life, and when I’m at the Secret Space I feel calm and relaxed. It’s like I’ve gained a second family’
