6 week Keogafit Course with Darren

Keogafit is a wellness revolution!

It is a unique system that incorporates kettlebell workouts, yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and breathing techniques to strengthen your body and mind at the same time. We take a holistic approach to health and fitness and believe that you can't effectively train your body without also training your mind (and vice versa).

 We work with the whole person to achieve incredible and sustainable results. Keogafit blends the five components of physical fitness (muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular system, flexibility, and motor skills) with proven meditation, mindfulness, and breathwork techniques.

About Darren:

Darren began his career in 1992 and has worn many hats within the fitness industry, from lifeguard to tutor/assessor with a leading training organisation in the earlier years, a technical contributor for training organisations and creator/founder of Keogafit in the later part of his career.

He has been a successful competitive martial artist achieving a British national championship title before hanging up his black belt due to recurring knee injuries. Although able to continue to work as a fitness professional he turned to yoga to help with the knee injuries and eventually qualified as a yoga teacher.

Darren has always taken a holistic approach to his own mental and physical wellbeing balancing his martial arts and fitness training with meditation, breathwork, and an active, healthy lifestyle. Gradually it occurred to him that he could use his knowledge and experience to develop his own unique wellness program to help and assist others with their physical and mental wellbeing; and so Keogafit was created.

Darren believes that Keogafit is the perfect balance to assist with achieving a healthier, happier life experience. He also encourages a preferred exertion and a middle way approach to exercise intensity that promotes autonomy in his classes.
