Danny has regularly practised meditation since 1998 and this has been a daily mindfulness-based practice since 2010. He is passionate about mindfulness helping us relate to ourselves and others with more patience and compassion and believes we are all innately mindful so we have the capacity to develop this further, through practice.
Danny is a registered teacher with the British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches and teaches 8-week mindfulness courses, workshops, and standalone classes in public, charity and workplace settings. He has completed several mindfulness courses including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Interpersonal Mindfulness and Mindful Self-Compassion. Danny is qualified to Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching Mindfulness with the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice, Bangor University and regularly attends CPD trainings with Oxford University Mindfulness Centre and The Mindfulness Network. His training is assessed in accordance with the Mindfulness-Based Teaching Assessment Criteria (MBI:TAC), developed by the universities of Oxford, Bangor and Exeter.
He brings a friendly, non-judgemental and patient nature to teaching, whilst offering a safely held environment for practising mindfulness meditation together. Danny is a student of life-long learning and is committed to reducing suffering and promoting wellbeing in the world.

In his spare time Danny enjoys the company of family and friends, food, film, comedy, live music, playing table tennis and long walks in nature with the family dog - Dash the whippet!
