'When I let go of what I am I become what I might be.' ~ Lao Tzu
Erin first came to yoga when an actor friend took her along to an early morning Mysore class before rehearsals for a stage play in 2009.
βI remember walking out feeling clear-headed, calm but alive!β
She went on to explore a variety of Ashtanga-based styles, as well as Bikram and Power Yoga. After moving from Australia to London, Erin completed her teacher training, specialising in hot power vinyasa in early 2014. Since then, she has been teaching dynamic power flow classes for all levels across London and later, Hertfordshire. Also a qualified primary school teacher, Erin was quick to adapt her yoga teachings to children both in and out of the school setting.
In her continued search for balance and mindfulness in her own life, she discovered a great passion for practising and teaching the deeply restorative yin yoga and meditation.
Yoga is about people β itβs about connecting with yourself and those around you. It is a place where we can start to let go, to focus, to find balance and to challenge and explore the depths of our physical, mental and spiritual self. From this space, we can begin to walk through the world a little closer to our own truth.
