Rosemary has over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources (HR) and a demonstrable record of driving positive change in organisations at a strategic and operational level. During her career she has been responsible for successfully delivering restructuring projects, TUPE, growth management initiatives, increased performance standards through people management, employee engagement, system updates and talent acquisition. A commercially focused HR professional, she has worked closely with leadership teams to ensure their HR offering supports the organisations strategic goals. She is a chartered fellow of the CIPD, and holds an MA in employment studies and HRM from London Metropolitan University.
Rosemary has included Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) into her remit and has a passion for ensuring people are welcomed and feel included wherever they are. She enjoys working at organisations that provide opportunities such as employee engagement initiatives to support different areas, as this enables her to use her skills to their fullest and make a real difference to people in every function.
Having travelled extensively, Rosemay understands the importance of cultural awareness and that adding value through diversity and inclusion will bring new and fresh ideas to the table.
Rosemary has an interest in holistic therapies and enjoys yoga, meditation and reiki in her spare time. She also enjoys travelling, nature and wildlife, reading and photography. She is also a keen foodie and is always tempted in sampling different cuisines during her travels.
