Sarka - Yoga Teacher

Sarka has got an extensive background in dance and fitness which lead her to yoga.

Yoga has been part of her life for almost 20 years and throughout those years has helped and guided her to a deeper understanding of her own practice and honouring each of her students on their own journey. 

As a yoga teacher she loves to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of challenge to help deepen her students’ practice. She believes in nurturing the body, mind and soul during her classes to leave her students feeling balanced, stronger and peaceful on and off their mat.

Her teaching is welcoming, playful and balanced, inducing physical and mental relaxation.
