Satria Movement Arts – introductory workshop

with Casey Joy

Saturday 19th October

2:30 pm - 4:00 pm

What is Satria Movement?

Satria Arts is a way of life, Yoga is not only for the body - it’s for our mind, soul, and ripples into our interactions with family and friends.

This workshop is designed to offer a physically and mentally demanding practice, rooted in an ancient Indonesian martial arts system that is ideal for all levels, from beginner to advanced practitioners.

We prioritise the quality of movements and the connection between body, mind, and breath over the number of postures.

There are three ways to practise Satria Yoga. Each carries its own benefit, and all three make it complete; ‘Flow’ (Vinyasa) ‘Strength and Endurance’ (Yang) ‘Tendon Strength and Flexibility’ (Yin).

Push your limits and begin an extraordinary journey that will take your yoga practice to new heights/dimensions.

About Casey

For the majority of my life - I suffered with injuries or sickness. Since 2020, with Satria, I discovered the energetic subtleties of the physical form, how to re-align and manage pain on both emotional and physical levels.

The transformation in only 6 months was and continues to be a true blessing. Injuries are now prevented, healing happens naturally, relationships are blossoming and my heart is returning to its pure state of tranquility and joy.

What to bring:

  • Come as you are

  • Wear comfy and movable clothing

Suitable for:

All levels from beginner to advanced practitioners
