Meditation for Self-Care course - online with Gabriella

A 6-week online course designed to help you develop a kinder and more nurturing relationship with yourself and others.

Through a blend of meditation, guided visualisation, poetry and group discussions, we begin to cultivate inner kindness and self-compassion in a way that helps us to relax, and release stress and tension. It can be of benefit to those suffering from anxiety and is also an antidote for feelings of isolation and loneliness.

This is an interactive and supportive group, reminding us that we are not alone, we are all sharing in the journey of life, with its ups and downs, joys and struggles, laughter and tears.

About Gabriella: Gabriella has been teaching meditation for over 15 years. Having experienced multiple traumas in her life Gabriella has developed a sensitivity and deep understanding for the suffering of others. Using her personal experience of coping with anxiety, PTSD and depression, Gabriella shares the techniques that she has found to be most helpful. She now lives a rich and fulfilling life, infused with good humour, compassion and kindness. Gabriella is dedicated to helping others live more happily.

Gabriella will be supported by Nick Saunders and Steve Zoldan who have been walking the self-compassion path with Gabriella for a number of years.

Investment:

This course is funded by Hertfordshire Community Foundation, so there is only a nominal charge of £5 per session, £30 for the 6-week programme, payable in advance.  However, if you are unable to pay this, do please let us know when you apply, and we will make arrangements for you to attend at a reduced rate or free of charge.
