How do you know if this is the course is for you?
This course is designed for people who are 12+ weeks pregnant that want to learn about the changes of the body & hormones through pregnancy whilst moving their body to feel better every day.
No prior yoga experience is needed.
Course Outline:
Classes have a specific focus every week that leads into a flowing sequence combining everything you’ve explored so you can lock the movement & breathwork into your body and really feel the difference.
Be guided through a range of movement patterns to:
Relieve lower back pain
Support any sciatica that may have arisen
Open the chest and “un-round” the shoulders
Stabilise & strengthen the pelvis
Connect with the pelvic floor
Gently open up the pelvis in preparation for labour & birth
Each class will include:
Breathwork
Intention setting
Flowing sequences with options to increase physical & mental challenge.
Relaxation
You will:
Gain a better understanding of the hormonal & physiological changes in the body through pregnancy.
Learn about breathwork options to support you through pregnancy and through labour.
Connect with other people on the journey to parenthood.
