Detox, Reflect and Renew for a Beautiful YOU

Workshop with Eliane Codiroli

Every New Year is an opportunity for new beginnings. Setting positive and realistic goals to achieve a better life for yourself and the people around you requires awareness, compassion, mindfulness, and the ability to let go of negative patterns, habits and unrealistic expectations.

Yoga can help to empower us to gain greater self-knowledge and understanding to help with this process.  It also helps us find greater equanimity of mind and physical well-being.

What to expect.

This session will start with a 60-minute fun and creative vinyasa class to help open the mind and lift the spirits. The practice will also create some heat to help detox the physical body.

This will be followed by a 20-minute Metta Bhavana meditation (loving-kindness meditation), a 20-minute restorative yoga session and end with a 20-minute Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation). The latter practices are aimed at helping us turn inward; notice (self-awareness), understand and respond positively and effectively.

In preparation for the session, we ask you to prepare 1-3 resolves/Sankalpas.  A Sankapla is a positive affirmation or goal. A Sankalpa is always expressed in positive language and needs to be an achievable and desirable goal, something that will help improve your life.

Who can attend?

This workshop is not suitable for complete beginners of Yoga. However, everyone who has some experience in Yoga is welcome and Eliane is very keen to offer an inclusive environment.

If you have any particular needs, please contact us in advance.
