Often described as the art of effortless power, qigong is one of the five pillars of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Qi can be translated as vital life force energy while gong means to cultivate or work. Therefore qigong is a form of energy cultivation which includes slow and gentle movement, meditation, breath work and visualisation.

Abbie's love for Chinese Medicine and all it encompasses lead from her career as a yoga teacher to an inevitable deep dive into the world of Qigong.
