Sound Healing Session with Jemma and Melanie

Autumn/ Winter dates 2024-5:

  • Saturday 21st December

  • Saturday 25th January

Join us for an immersive journey of sound and vibration. Promote your power of self-discovery through deep relaxation and meditation.

The holistic practice of sound bathing allows one to disconnect from the constant stress of everyday life, cleansing the soul and bringing about a balance and harmony that is lost in the hustle and bustle of the modern world. Vibrations, tones, and frequencies have the potential to deeply influence one’s emotions and health, generating a sense of joy, energy, and most importantly, peace.

As soon as you lie down and let the sound wash over you, you will be surrounded by a profound sense of serenity and contentment. Your physical and emotional stress will be replaced with a renewed vibrancy, and all of your anxiety, tension, and depression will dissipate in an instant.
