The Nourished Yogi with Jenny & Charlotte

Join Jenny and Charlotte as they join together to share their knowledge on all things stress, how it impacts us emotionally and physically and what yoga and nutrition can do to help.
The workshop will include breath work, an asana practice, a talk on nutrition, followed by a relaxation with Reiki and a Q & A.
At the end of the session, we aim for you to leave with simple, realistic tips on how to nourish your body through your diet and your mind through yoga.

About Jenny (@rockupdowndog)
Jenny has been practicing yoga for over 25 years and holds a 500-hour BWY teaching Diploma & is L2 Reiki attuned. Jenny teaches yoga flows that are accessible to both a beginner and the more experienced. Jenny believes that yoga can make a real difference to your life, mentally and physically and aims to support all students in finding their own yoga practice. No one person is the same!
